HotelsNearMe.com is a consumer travel program that connects verified humans with participating hotel offers. Identity verification may be performed by Verify.CyberInsurance.com or other approved providers under their own privacy notices.

- Information you provide — such as name, email, phone, and messages you send through our contact channels.
- Verification data — signals processed by verification partners (for example, government ID, selfie match, device integrity) to confirm you are a real traveler. Partners process this data under their policies; our marketing materials describe minimization and deletion practices for verification artifacts.
- Travel and transaction data — search parameters, stay preferences, confirmations, and support history when you book through linked properties or distribution partners.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral URLs, and standard server or security logs used to operate and protect the service. This marketing site does not currently set non-essential cookies, use browser storage for tracking, or run third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.
How we use information
